Tampa Police Chief Brian Dugan says police now believe the person shown on surveillance video in Seminole Heights is the suspect in the murders of at least two of the four recent shooting victims.
The latest video was provided to police after Tuesday morning's shooting death of 60-year-old Ronald Felton. He was gunned down while crossing Nebraska Avenue in Seminole Heights before 5 a.m..
"We need someone who is thoughtful, cares and has the heart and fortitude and the bravery to step forward to tell us who this person is and give us the identity," said Dugan.
"I don't need speculation. We don't need profiles. We need names."
Dugan won't provide any details about the investigation, but said he is convinced all four murders are connected.
Benjamin Mitchell was killed along 15th Street October 9th. Monica Hoffa was fatally shot nearby two days later. October 19th, Anthony Naiboa was shot and killed, again in that same area.
The reward money has now grown to $91,000.
