On October 9th, Benjamin Mitchell was standing at a bus stop along N. 15th Street in Tampa's Seminole Heights.  It was dark and he was alone.  Mitchell was shot and killed.

Several days later, Monica Hoffa met the same fate in that same area.  And Anthony Naiboa a week later.

Now, the reward being offered to help solve the case has increased to $41.000,  thanks to some of those funds raised by the Seminole Heights community.

Steve Hegarty of the Tampa Police Department says there have been more than 1,750 tips called into police department, most pertaining to surveillance video released by police a couple weeks ago.

That video shows a person walking, then running in the area and around the time Mitchell was killed.

If you have any information, please call the Tampa Police Department.
