Sarasota, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Police say seven skimming devices have been found on gasoline pumps at the Quik Store on Fruitville Road in the city.
A Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Protection inspector found the electronic devices during a routine check of the pumps at the former Dodge Store. Police say they can't tell how long the skimmers have been on the pumps.
The Sarasota Police Department is asking customers of the store to pay close attention to bank accounts and look for any unknown transactions. If anything seems out of the ordinary, you are urged to contact your bank immediately.
