Bradenton, Fla. (970 WFLA) - A collision on I-75 sent an SUV into a rollover crash that killed it driver Friday night, the Florida Highway patrol said.
Thomas Ivan Baker, 46, drove his Ford Expedition north on I-75 when troopers say that Tyler Steven Schroer, 24, veered into his lane and the clash sent Baker's SUV off the road. It rolled over several times before ending up on its roof.
Baker died later at a hospital. Two girls in the SUV, ages 7 and 10, survived unhurt. Schroer was not injured. Charges are pending against him, according to an FHP news release.
