Tampa, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Federal agents have been busy at the Heritage At Tampa Apartments, near 56th and Sligh, talking with people who may have know 29 year-old Sayfullo Saipov.
Saipov is the man accused of killing eight people by driving a pickup truck down a busy New York City bike path.
Although Saipov apparently once lived in the apartments, not many people remember seeing him around the complex. A number of residents of the apartments say investigators interviewed them about anything they may know about the man.
Authorities say Saipov had a Florida driver's license and an address at the Tampa apartments.
Detectives in New York admit they've been talking with Saipov, but won't say what they've learned.
