Trinity, Fla. (970 WFLA) - Pasco County sheriff's deputies call a one-year-old boy's drowning Saturday night a tragic accident.
They were called to a home in Trinity at 6:14 p.m. where Andrei Loginov was found unresponsive in a hot tub. The home was hosting a birthday party when the toddler's parents realized he had disappeared, according to a Pasco County Sheriff's Office news release.
The boy was flown to St. Joseph's hospital in Tampa, where doctors pronounced him dead. The child and his parents are from Russia. They were visiting family members in Trinity.
"There is no evidence of foul play," the PCSO news release said. "It appears to be an accident."
