Brooksville, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Hernando County Fire-Rescue Firefighter/Paramedic Steven Terry has died after being found passed out at Fire Station #9 here.
Terry served his community for nearly 25 years. Terry started back in the early 90s with Pasco County Fire-Rescue. Terry next joined Spring Hill Fire-Rescue in 2001 and then served with Hernando County until his death.
In addition to serving as a firefighter/paramedic, Terrry served as an active member of the military for over 20 years. Terry was a sergeant in the Florida National Guard.
Terry leaves behind a wife, four sons and a daughter.
