TAMPA (970 WFLA) -- Police believe two killings in Seminole Heights are related… but without a clear motive.
22 year old Benjamin Mitchell was gunned down at 15th and Frierson Monday night, and 32 year old Monica Caridad Hoffa was killed in the 1000 block of East New Orleans Avenue last Friday.
Police are urging people in that neighborhood to leave porch lights on, and not to go out alone at night. They’ve flooded the neighborhood with officers and are looking for surveillance video.
