Tampa, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Police are now calling what was first a "suspicious death" a homicide.
Officers say a city of Tampa employee in the Seminole Heights neighborhood found the body in the 1000 block of East New Orleans Avenue and called police. Police now say the victim died of "upper body trauma."
Police have identified the victim as 32 year-old Monica Caridad Hoffa of Tampa. No arrest yet and the investigation is continuing.
