ODESSA (970 WFLA) -- Hillsborough deputies and firefighters went to the scene after a small helicopter crashed in the 9400 block of Roberts Road in Odessa, in northwest Hillsborough County, just before 6 p.m. Monday.
The sheriff's office says the helicopter crashed on the roof of the house at 9450 Roberts Road. The pilot was the only person on board, and he called in the crash.
No one was inside the house at the time. A dog was, but was not hurt.
