St. Petersburg, Fla. (970 WFLA) - Police investigate a shooting that left a 31-year-old woman dead Saturday night.
Allison Leigh Boyke died at a local hospital after the shooting around 10:30 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of 15th Ave. South and 48th St., according to a news release.
"Detectives do not believe the shooting was random," the release said, adding that police investigate what led to the shooting.
