Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA)- A chainsaw accident has killed a 44 year old Hillsborough County man.
The sheriff's office say Wilfredo Hernandez was up in a tree in the 5000 block of Town and Country Boulevard, cutting branches and letting them drop, when a branch became tangled in the chainsaw, causing it to kick up. Cutting Hernandez in his carotid artery.
Hillsborough County Fire Rescue used a harness to lower him from the tree. He died at the scene.
