Sarasota, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-A police raid on a house on Palmadelia Avenue ends with the arrests of two men and the discovery of cocaine, pot, drug paraphernalia and cash.
Officers and SWAT members hit the house with a search warrant after an investigation of drug activity at the residence. Police say they were able to make undercover drug buys at the house after anonymous tips from the public.
Forty nine year-old Lee Claridy (above) and 48 year-old Tyrone Davis ( below) lived in the house and are both facing charges. Both men have extensive criminal records.
Officers say they recovered 193.9 grams of cocaine, 31.9 grams of marijuana, digital scales, hundreds of dollars and small baggies used for packaging narcotics.
