Bartow, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Twenty year-old Marshaun Browning of Gibsonton has been federally indicted and charged with the distribution and possession of child pornography.
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd says the case came to light when a local tv anchor received child porn images on a business twitter account. The anchor told deputies the man was stalking his wife on line and sending her child porn.
Judd says the wife then blocked the man, but he used another name and kept sending the porn. Judd says Browning even sent child porn to the TV station.
Deputies and FBI agents got a search warrant for Browning's home and found over 160 images of child porn on his computer.
The case was investigated by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, based out of the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
