TAMPA (970 WFLA) -- A drunk driver who struck and killed a tow truck operator last October will serve four to eight years in prison for his crime.
44 year old Gregory Miller of Lakewood Ranch heard from victim Troy McGuire's father in a Tampa courtroom. He said he wasn't upset with Miller, because he couldn't bring his son back. But "God knows, people should stop driving and drinking."
The Florida Highway Patrol says Miller's car hit 48 year old McGuire on I-75 in south Hillsborough County.
