Auto Theft Suspect Caught Looking Up at Eclipse

Wearing a welding mask protected a 22 year old Orlando man from getting blinded during the solar eclipse, but it didn't protect him from being blindsided by Orange County deputies, who were following a stolen car, they say he was driving.

They say Jocsan Feliciano Rosado parked his stolen car at the Harbor Freight store on Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee, walked into the store and bought a welder's mask. It let him watch the eclipse safely but he was blinded to the world.

Orange County sheriff's deputies had been tracking Feliciano-Rosado and slipped up on him as he watched, taking him into custody. You could say, he never saw it coming.
