Sarasota, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Sarasota County Sheriff's Office detectives have charged a Venice man with 16 new counts of possession of child pornography.
Deputies originally arrested 48 year-old Mario Guerrero in June on three counts of possession of child porn after executing a search warrant at his home on Pine Tree Road. Detectives say they found images involving children, some as young as six, engaged in sexual activity.
Since June, detectives have continued to forensically examine all computers and hard drives seized in Guerrero's home. As a result, detectives recovered 16 additional videos.
