Dunedin, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Pinellas County deputies have arrested a Tarpon Springs man for leaving his 4 year-old son alone in the car.
Investigators say 30 year-old Joshua O'Connor left his child unattended for more than 30 minutes while he was undergoing a job interview at an insurance agency on Belcher Road in Dunedin.
The boy's mother told deputies about the incident after she called O'Connor's cell phone and the four year-old answered. The child told mom that he had been left alone in the car.
The little boy survived his time alone. Dad had left the car running and the air conditioning on while he was away.
O'Connor is charged with child neglect.
