Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA) - Police arrested a man at Tampa Bay Comic Con Saturday whom they say has tracked his target thousands of miles across the country. Terry Lee Repp, 45, was caught in the Tampa Convention Center, where police say he intended to continue his harassment.
TMZ reported that actress Kate Beckinsale is the object of Repp's obsession.
The affidavit says that Repp is from Iowa, and had previously stalked the victim at stops in Houston and Salt Lake City, and that in the Utah instance, Repp had touched her and mentioned stabbing her.
Becksinsale postponed a question-and-answer session from yesterday morning to the evening to report Repp to police, TMZ reported. Its story also included the Instagram photo posted below that appears to show Beckinsale signing autographs for fans at the event.
