New Port Richey, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Pasco County deputies have arrested a woman for trying to kill her estranged husband by setting his bed on fire while he was asleep.
Investigators say 48 year-old Eva Brennan dropped by 58 year-old James Brennan's home to find another woman visiting. Deputies say Eva got angry and stormed out.
Eva is said to have returned later that night and set the bed on fire. James was lucky enough to wake up to find the bed on fire and escape. James and his 19 year-old son were able to put out the fire before the mobile home caught fire.
Eva Brennan is now facing attempted murder and arson charges.
