Seminole,Fla.(970 WFLA)- A Seminole woman is claiming self defense after stabbing her husband to death.
The Pinellas Sheriff's Office says 52 year old Mary Pender-Michielson admitted to stabbing 41 year old Bruce Michielson in the chest with a large kitchen knife during an argument, but detectives say the evidence shows otherwise. The sheriffs report says she gave investigators several inconsistent stories of what took place. Witness's say the couple has a history of domestic violence.
Mary Pender-Michielson is charged with murder in the second degree.
