BARTOW, Fla. (970 WFLA) - If snakes aren't your thing, you won't be thrilled with the one spotted near Bartow over the weekend.
Cathy Terry submitted this photo to News Channel 8 of an enormous Eastern Diamondback rattlesnake.
Terry said it was so long it stretched nearly three fourths across the road, and was extra big and fat.
She said she nearly stepped on it after getting out of the truck.
Diamondback rattlers are poisonous, and are especially dangerous if irritated.
