Man Dies in Tampa Shooting, Gunman Still Loose

Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA) - Police search for the man who fatally shot another man during an argument in the middle of a Tampa street Monday afternoon. Julius Carter, 32, and the other man got into a dispute on North Phillips Street at about 1:25 p.m., Tampa Police said. The other man shot Carter several times and took off. Carter ran to the backyard of the home at 3408 North Phillips, where he collapsed and died. 

Police have not identified the other man, according to a news release. They have made no arrests and continue to investigate.
