HUDSON, Fla. (970 WFLA) - A lightning strike is the suspected cause of a fire that torched a home in Hudson Wednesday night.
Pasco County fire crews showed up at 9728 Fred St. as the home was fully involved. Officials said and additional roof that was added to the house made it difficult to combat the flames.
Fortunately, everyone made it out alive and there are no reports of injuries.
The structure appears to be a total loss.
