Keys Snatched And Car Stolen

St. Petersburg, Fla. (970 WFLA)- Police need help identifying two teens on surveillance video who snatched a woman's keys and stole her car.

On Saturday, May 20th, just before 5 p.m., a woman was entering Staples at 2004 34TH Street N when she noticed two teenage boys sitting on the curb watching her.  As she began shopping she realized the two  seemed to be following her.

They then approached her in the store and one forcefully snatched car keys from her hand and ran out of the store.   He then got into the woman's car and drove off.

It appears that the two teens watched the woman exit her car and followed her into the store with the intention of taking her keys.

The vehicle has since been recovered, but police are still looking for the suspects.
