St. Petersburg, Fla. (970 WFLA)- A man was captured on video surveillance prowling around the Raymond James complex in the 800 block of Carillon Parkway North, armed with a hammer. He committed a commercial burglary at one location and attempted another at a different location in the complex. The man has shoulder-length hair and a very distinctive gait.
