Ruskin, Fla.(970 WFLA)-A 19 year old man trusted with helping to take care of children during after school care for the Redlands Migrant Association at Ruskin Elementary is charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation and two counts battery.
The Hillsborough Sheriff's Office says 18 year Javier Morales admitted to touching a female child between November of 2016 and March of this year.
Morales was not employed by the Hillsborough County Public Schools.
