Vandals Shoot Out 91 Windows In Sebring Area

SEBRING, Fla. (970 WFLA) - Police and sheriff's deputies want to know who's responsible for a month-long shooting spree that's blown out dozens of car windows.

51 shattered windows were found in the county, while another 40 were found in the city of Sebring.

Most of the broken windows were on cars, but some businesses have been destroyed.

“Detectives are working hard to identify the person or persons responsible for these acts and we will file charges for every window that has been broken,” Highlands County Sheriff Paul Blackman said in a statement.

Investigators are asking people with surveillance video who might have images of the suspects to contact law enforcement.
