Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA)-She went to the courthouse to pay a fine, but a Tampa mom now finds herself in more trouble.
23 year old Brandi Guggino was arrested for allegedly leaving her baby inside a hot car outside the Hillsborough County Courthouse.
Witness's say they saw the girl and flagged down a police officer, who was able to get the girl out and into his air-conditioned car to cool off. Police say the temperature inside Guggino's car was 93 degrees while the car seat the baby was in was 123 degrees, but the girl was not seriously hurt.
Guggino is charged with child neglect. She was released from the Hillsborough County Jail after posting a $2000 bond.
