Jupiter, Fla. (970 WFLA)-An 84 year old Jupiter man is facing charges after Pinellas Sheriff Detectives say he molested a 13 year old girl while he was vacationing with the child in Pinellas County. Detectives say William Flanders touched the child on several occasions. William Flanders was arrested at his home in Jupiter, he's charged with one count of lewd and lascivious molestation.
