4 Killed In Vintage Plane Crash

WILLISTON, Fla. (970 WFLA) - Four people were killed after a small plane crashed in Levy County Sunday afternoon.

It happened at the Williston airport just after 1 p.m. according to Williston Police.

A 1948 Cessna 170 was found nose first in a field north of the taxi way.

The vintage plane, known as a "tail dragger," was registered in Texas.

Federal officials are investigating the cause of the crash.
