Two of the four active wildfires are completely contained, the South Bike Trail fire is 95 percent contained while the Silver Palm fire is 80 percent contained.
Two of those fires were caused by people... and Pasco is one of several counties under a burn ban. One of the Pasco fires started because somebody got careless with a cigarette. There's back-burn activity going on near State Road 52 and the Suncoast Parkway.
