Clearwater, Fla. (970 WFLA)- An argument over cellphone usage and the suspicion of cheating, prompts a Clearwater woman to shoot her live boy friend.
When Clearwater Police arrived at the 28th Street Ave residence, they found 26 year old Erika Harvey standing in the doorway and 39 year old Antoine McElroy lying on the floor suffering from a nine mm gun shot wound to his mid-section.
During questioning Harvey admitted she used her Smith and Wesson handgun to shoot McElroy. He's at Bayfront Hospital his injuries are non-life threatening. Harvey was booked at the Pinellas County Jail charged with one count of aggravated battery-domestic.
