Land O Lakes, Fla. (970 WFLA)- On March 31st the Pasco Sheriff's Office received information about a possible luring or enticing case which occurred on March 14th and March 28th.
Deputies investigated and learned that on March 14th, a Silver Cadillac 4 door was seen at the intersection of Roderick Drive and Collier Parkway offering to pick up children from a bus stop.
On March 28th, the same car was at the same intersection trying to pick up children from the bus stop by saying they needed help finding a dog.
Detectives discovered the car belonged to Robert Fenk and responded to his address in Tampa.
Detectives made contact with Fenk who at first lied saying that he was never in Pasco County. Fenk eventually admitted to being in the Collier Parkway area after it was mentioned that he had contact with Law Enforcement.
Victim's were able to identify Fenk out of a photo pack and able to snap a photo of the car and the license plate.
After a lengthy investigation, detectives were able to obtain a warrant for attempted kidnapping. With the assistance of Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Fenk was placed under arrest for his warrant.
