Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA)- An arrest has been made in the case of a dead man who was found burning in the backyard of a vacant home.
Last week a person walking his dog noticed flames coming from the back yard of the home on North Oregon avenue in Tampa, and discovered 23-year-old Jose Zarragoitia OF Lois Avenue on fire. T
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says 17-year-old Sigfredo Espinel turned himself in. Deputies have not released a motive.
