Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA)-On March 14, at around 10:45 am, a man was seen openly masturbating while parked at the gas pumps at the WAWA gas station on Bearss avenue.
He was sitting in the back seat of his Buick and was able to get the attention of the victim, who was parked at the next gas pump over, by making noises. When the victim looked in the suspects direction the suspect "winked" at the victim who then became scared and drove away.
The suspect is a black male, 18 - 35 years of age, approximately 5'8" - 6', 170 - 200 lbs., wearing a black t-shirt with red Nike symbol, multi-color sweatpants and black tennis shoes.
The car he was in, is a light purple 2000 Buick Lesabre, with large chrome rims on a lifted frame.
Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the suspect in this case. Anyone with any information regarding this case and who wants to be eligible for a cash reward is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS.
