Sanford, Fla. (970 WFLA)- The oldest child victim in Monday's deadly shooting in Sanford has passed away. The Sanford Police Department says 8 year old Brandon Christian passed away this morning.
The youngest child 7 year old Brendon remains in critical condition at Arnold Palmer Hospital. Their grandfather Bertis Herring Junior also remains in critical condition.
Two bystanders were also wounded, Larazo Paredesquelite and Rakeye Jackson remain in stable condition.
31-year-old Allen Cashe is in jail charged with shooting his 35-year-old girlfriend Latina Herring to death.
The shooting happened Monday at the couple's home on Hays drive. Cashe allegedly shot the woman's seven- and eight-year-old sons, her 60-year-old father, and two bystanders.
