Madeira Beach, Fla. (970 WFLA)-A registered sex offender is under arrest for exposing himself to a child at a Madeira Beach bus stop.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office tells us a 12 year old boy was waiting for his bus to pick him for school when he saw 29 year old Justin Duggan, sitting on a park bench across the street with his pants around his ankles.
The boy told a family member, who called police and through a computer generated composite sketch, detectives were able to identify the suspect as Duggan.
Detectives say he's a registered sex offender after he committed a sex offense in Oklahoma in 2015.
Duggan was booked into the Pinellas County Jail charged with one count of lewd or lascivious exhibition.
