New Port Richey, Fla. (970 WFLA)- Michael Morales and Angelica Bianco have been arrested and charged with multiple counts of racketeering after it was discovered the two were manufacturing fake i.d.'s and distributing them throughout the country and even outside of the U.S.
They would use KiK Messenger, YouTube, and Instagram to advertise their illegal business.
Those who ordered the fake i.d.'s can also face charges as co-conspirators in this RICO enterprise.
