New Port Richey, Fla. (970 WFLA) - State troopers search for the driver responsible for a hit-and-run collision that killed a man lying in a road Saturday night.
Florida Highway Patrol says that Dale Thomas Kiser, 54, lay along the outside fog line in the northbound lane of Rowan Road at Alderman Lane when someone driving ran him over and left the scene at about 9:15 p.m. Saturday.
Troopers don't know why Kiser was lying in the road. He died at the scene. They ask anyone who might be able to help them identify the vehicle and its driver to call 813-631-4020 or Crime Stoppers at 800-873-TIPS.
