Six Men Busted For Indecent Exposure

Sarasota, Fla. (970 WFLA)-The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office arrested six men, ranging in age from 52 to 80, for indecent exposure and solicitation crimes during an undercover investigation at Caspersen Beach.

Special Investigation Section detectives received reports of lewd behavior occurring at various areas around the Venice beach.   On Tuesday and Friday, undercover detectives monitoring the beach, picnic area, and trails observed six men engaging in a variety of inappropriate conduct in public.    In each instance, the man openly interacted with an undercover detective by exposing sexual organs or soliciting lewd behavior.

William Campbell, DOB 05/01/54, of 620 Guild Drive, Apt #8 in Venice, is charged with Indecent Exposure. He was released Tuesday evening on $500 bond.

Joseph Fecik, DOB 01/07/43, of 4056 Fairway Place in North Port, is charged with Indecent Exposure. He was released Friday evening on $500 bond.

Stephen Gergatz, DOB 01/30/46, of 6020 Wilshire Boulevard in Sarasota, is charged with Indecent Exposure. He was released Friday evening on $500 bond.

Richard Higgins, DOB 03/19/46, of 1475 Keyway Road in Englewood, is charged with Indecent Exposure. He was released Tuesday evening on $500 bond.

Thomas Learmont, DOB 09/21/36, of 12260 Church Street in Birch Run, MI, is charged with Indecent Exposure. He was released Friday afternoon on $500 bond.

Randy Rivette, DOB 03/29/65, of 57 Sullivan Place in Lake George, NY, is charged with Soliciting a Prostitute. He was released Tuesday afternoon on $500 bond.
