Riverview, Fla. (970 WFLA)-Hillsborough Deputies are investigating a string of armed robberies Tuesday morning.
One at the Speedway Gas Station on Highway 301 South, and a couple of Seven-Elevens in Riverview and Fish Hawk.
They happened within an hour of each other... in the first robbery, the crook had a shotgun... in the other two, a handgun. Nobody hurt.
The suspect is an unknown race male, approximately 5'05", thin build and was wearing a green Nike sweatshirt, blue pants, black/white shoes, gloves and an orange bear mask.
The suspect was armed with a shotgun or similar type gun.
Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the unknown suspect involved in these cases. Anyone with any information regarding the identity of the suspect and who wants to be eligible for a cash reward is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477).
