Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA)-The owner of a waste services company is facing felony charges after illegally dumping trash on a property off Broadway Avenue East of I-75 in Tampa.
The owner of American Waste Services, 49 year old Robert Rogan was warned last month to stop leaving the garbage and was given time to clean up his mess, but nothing had been done in the last thirty days to remove the 39 truck loads of trash.
The sheriff's office along with several other county agencies including code enforcement, the health department, and mosquito control, all have opened investigations into this illegal commercial dumping.
Rogan who was on probation already for grand theft charges is in jail being held without bond.
