Tampa, FLA UPDATE:
The 78-year-old woman reported missing returned home and is safe.
Police are searching for a missing 78-year-old woman who does not speak English and is unfamiliar with the area.
78 year old Oneida Fabre, was last seen at approximately 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15th. in the 8000 block of N. Willow Ave.
She's wearing a gray T-shirt, black pants, and light blue shoes. She is 5'3" and approximately 150 lbs.
