Oldsmar,Fla. (970 WFLA)- One person is dead, the gunman under arrest, after a shooting at a bar in Oldsmar. Pinellas Sheriffs Office says the alleged shooter is 43 year old Brian Mytych.
According to Sergeant Spencer Gross, last week ,deputies were called to Hennessey's Bar and Grill on Forest Lakes Boulavard after Mytych had gotten into a fight with the victim, 33 year old David Brown.
Mytych was issued a no tresspassing citation and and left.
This morning Mytych came back with a gun and allegedly shot and killed David Brown.
