Orlando, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Here we go again. Prices to visit Disney World just went up.
The price for a regular one day ticket to the Magic Kingdom is up from $110 to $115. Value day tickets are up to $107 for adults and $101 for children, plus taxes. Peak season tickets will remain at $124.
For Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, it'll cost adults $107 for a one day ticket during regular days. That new price is up from $102. The cost is up to $119 during peak times. A one day ticket during what the park calls "value days" will now cost you $99, up from $97.
Disney is hoping the new pricing will get more people to visit the parks during the slow times of the year. Attendance at Disney's U.S. parks was down in 2016.
