The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is searching for a two-year-old believed to have been taken by his dad.
Investigators say Bane Wheeler was taken from his day care by his dad, 31-year-old Daniel Wheeler, who's in the middle of a custody dispute.
Bane is 3 feet tall, 30 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a green jacket, a black and blue plaid shirt, dark pans and black tennis shoes.
Daniel Wheeler is bald with blue eyes and was last seen wearing a camo jacket and possibly khaki shorts.
They are believed to be in a 2005 gray/black Nissan Altima with a Tennessee license plate 9A47V9.
