According to the police report, Hill's wife and her mother, Alesia Vaccaro, claim that Hill has become increasingly aggressive. Vaccaro called the police after witnessing Hill throw a laptop on the floor and then grab his daughter, walking towards the balcony on the 35th floor of their residence.
