Democrat Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers recently proposed legislation that changes the word 'mother' to 'inseminated person' in portions of a new state law. 'Paternity' was also changed to 'parentage' and other gendered words like 'husband' and 'wife' were changed to 'spouse.'
