Kanye West has been dropped by his talent agency, and his merch shop has been shut down by Shopify, after he began selling swastika t-shirts. He ran a bizarre 30 second ad during the Super Bowl, which only aired in a few cities, and directed people to his website where the shirt was the only item available for purchase.
He also spent several hours over the weekend making anti-Semitic posts on X which have now been deleted.
Daniel McCartney of 33 & West took to Instagram Stories to announce he and his company are parting ways with West.
“Effective immediately, I’m no longer representing YE (F/K/A Kanye West) due to his harmful and hateful remarks that myself nor 33 & West can stand for."
Shopify said the sale of the swastika shirt violated their terms of service, leading them to remove his shop from their platform.
